There must be change in govt...after 5years because it is necessary in any healthy democracy....this way creat check and balance. If previous govt. have done any fraud that will come into focus and politician will be in pressure to deliver in better way.
.......in bank mostly cashier changes in every 2years..because if any fraud that can be taken out....same is the case with govt....
It is a scientific method to creat check and balance on govt.
